Per-LGA picture of where the campaign still needs to go. Each settlement falls into one of three buckets:
- Not visited — no GPS point has ever been logged inside this settlement. The team hasn't physically reached it yet.
- Partially covered — at least one GPS point was logged inside, but fewer than 70% of the settlement's grid cells contain a GPS point. The team reached part of it; a mop-up pass is needed.
- Fully covered — ≥70% of the grid cells have a GPS point inside. This matches the green shading on the map.
Covered % is fully-covered settlements ÷ total settlements for the LGA — the share of settlements that have crossed the "done" threshold.
